The Manager

Managing Partners Fund Management Limited (“MPFM”) is a member of the Managing Partners Group ("MPG") and has been appointed by the Liquidus Investment Fund (the "Fund") to act as the Manager to the Fund.

The Manager is a multi-disciplined investment house that manages a range of Collective Investment Schemes and regulated mutual funds investing in absolute return and other alternative asset classes. The senior management team has over fifty (50) years of collective experience in asset and mutual fund management.

MPFM is registered in the British Virgin Islands as a Business Company, and is recognised by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission as approved Investment Manager where it manages a number of Collective Investment Schemes and regulated mutual funds.

MPG has offices in the United Kingdom, mainland Europe and Switzerland.

The Administrator

The Fund and the Manager have entered into an agreement with Taurus Administration Services Limited ("Taurus") to provide services to the Fund as administrator, registrar and transfer agent.

Taurus is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, with registered offices at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. The principle activity of the company is the provision of a range of mutual fund administration services.

The Promoter

Managing Partners Investment Management Limited has been appointed to act as Promoter to the Fund.

The Promoter's objectives are to use all reasonable endeavours to promote (or procure the promotion of by use of a Distributor) the distribution of its Participating Shares.

Legal Counsel

Stuarts Humphries, Attorneys-at-Law acts as Cayman Islands legal counsel to the Fund.
